High-traffic lobbies and elevator landings benefit enormously from a polished epoxy system — durable, easy to clean, and infinitely more attractive than worn VCT or tired tile. We can match your building's existing colour scheme or propose a refresh that elevates the whole entrance experience.

Strata gym floors take a beating from dropped weights, gym equipment, and constant foot traffic. We install shock-absorbing, rubber-aggregate epoxy systems that protect the concrete, reduce noise transmission to units below, and provide excellent traction for workouts.

Why Polyurea for Parkades?

Standard epoxy coatings are not well suited to underground parkades. The freeze-thaw movement of concrete, exposure to road salt tracked in on tires, UV from ramp entrances, and tire scrubbing during turns all degrade standard epoxy quickly. Polyurea is flexible enough to move with the concrete, UV stable, and far more abrasion-resistant — which is why we specify it for every parkade application.
