We schedule a free on-site visit to assess the issue in person. We'll look at the affected area, review your project file, and determine whether the issue falls within our warranty coverage.
If the issue is covered under warranty, we repair or recoat the affected area at absolutely no charge. Work is scheduled and completed within 30 days of claim approval — often much sooner.
The Deluxe Coating 5-year warranty is fully transferable to the new homeowners when you sell your property. You don't need to do anything complicated — just let us know the name of the new owner and their contact information, and we'll update our records. There is no transfer fee.
