Deluxe Coating was founded in 2018 by a team of flooring professionals who had spent years watching homeowners get burned by cheap installs that peeled within months. The problem wasn't the product — it was the prep. Too many contractors skip the diamond grinding, apply coatings over a weak surface, and move on to the next job. We set out to do things differently.
We started with residential garages in Vancouver and Burnaby — single-car floors, two-car floors, the occasional basement. Word spread quickly.
