Systems

Eight floor systems, one sub-trade

Name the space and we'll spec the build. Every system starts with diamond-ground prep and ends with a written return-to-service time.

How we work with GCs

Site visit to return-to-service

  1. Site visitWe walk the slab with you or your super — condition, moisture, drains, transitions, access.
  2. Spec & quote in writingSystem build, prep method, thicknesses, colours, schedule and what we need from site — on one page.
  3. ScheduleA committed window that fits your trade sequence; phased if the building is occupied.
  4. Prep — diamond grindEvery floor is mechanically ground (CSP 2–3), cracks and joints repaired, dust captured.
  5. InstallPrimer, body coats, broadcast and topcoat on the agreed days; daily photo updates on request.
  6. Return to serviceFoot traffic typically next day; we confirm cure times for vehicles and equipment in the spec.

What we need from site

  • Power — 120 V circuits for grinders and vacuums (we bring cords; 208/240 V for large-area machines on request)
  • Access & clearance — the area empty, other trades off the slab during coating and cure
  • Moisture test — we take slab moisture readings before quoting; new slabs need cure time or a moisture-tolerant system (System 04)
  • Temperature — building enclosed and above roughly 10 °C for standard cure schedules

Prequalification pack

  • Company registration (PoxyTech Ltd.)
  • WorkSafeBC clearance letter
  • Liability coverage certificate (COI)
  • References from recent commercial projects
